TERMS OF SERVICE
What this service is, what it is not, and what each side owes the other. Written to be read, not to be survived.
EFFECTIVE 13 September 2026 · VERSION 1.0
Who you are contracting with
OCCABUZZ// is operated by Quene Pereira da Silva, Chief Intelligence Officer, who is at present the accountable operator and counterparty to these terms. A formal operating entity is being established; when it is, this section will name it and the effective date above will change. We are telling you this rather than implying a corporate structure that does not yet exist.
By purchasing or using anything on this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase and do not submit data. Contact: contact@occabuzz.com.
What OCCABUZZ is — and what it is not
OCCABUZZ publishes evidence-graded intelligence: dossiers and protocols that audit published research on three layers — Evidence, Context, Implementation — and publish a calibrated certainty with every grade. The paid product, the Operator Dossier, applies that same method to data you choose to send us.
It is not medical advice. Nothing on this site or in any dossier is a diagnosis, a prescription, or a treatment. Statements have not been evaluated by the FDA, the EMA, Anvisa or any equivalent regulator. A grade of CLINICAL means human evidence exists — not that a use is regulator-approved. Substances and protocols discussed may be experimental or off-label.
Discuss any change with a qualified physician before acting, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or take medication. If you are seeking care for a diagnosed condition, this service is not a substitute for it and is not designed for it.
The Operator Dossier — what you get and what we need
The Operator Dossier is a private, human-curated analysis of the data you submit. You send a wearable export and, if you choose, recent lab documents. We run them through the OCCABUZZ advisory engine, a human reviews the output, and you receive a written dossier by a private link.
Turnaround is 7–10 business days from receipt of your data. The clock starts when your data arrives, not when you pay — if you buy today and submit in three weeks, the window starts in three weeks.
We need accurate data from you. If what you send is incomplete, corrupted, or belongs to someone else, the analysis will be wrong and we cannot fix that at our end. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and for having the right to submit it.
What we do not promise
We do not promise outcomes. Not a number, not an improvement, not a result. We promise a method applied honestly: graded evidence, a stated certainty ceiling, and the reasoning shown. Biology varies between people, and an intervention with strong evidence in a population can do nothing for an individual.
We do not promise that any grade will stay where it is. Grades move when evidence moves — including down, and including against our own earlier work. Published corrections are a feature of this service, not a failure of it.
Payment, and your right to cancel
Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency where available. Payment is processed by Hotmart, which acts as the seller of record for the transaction; their terms apply to the payment itself.
Your right to cancel. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. Because the Operator Dossier is a service performed on the data you send, that right runs until the moment you submit your telemetry — submission is when the work begins and is treated as your request for immediate performance. Before you submit, you can cancel for a full refund, no reason required. After you submit, the work is under way.
If something goes wrong on our side — we fail to deliver, or deliver something that is not what was described — write to us and we will refund you. We would rather return money than argue about it.
Your data
How we handle your data is set out in full in the Privacy & Data Sovereignty policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: one purpose only, explicit and revocable consent, never sold, and destroyed when you say so.
If you connect a wearable account, you grant a scoped, read-only authorization that you can revoke at the source at any time. Revoking it stops future reads; it does not retroactively unmake a dossier already delivered.
What belongs to whom
The compendium — dossiers, protocols, the audit method, the grading system, and everything written on this site — belongs to OCCABUZZ. You may read it, quote it with attribution, and use it for your own decisions. You may not republish it wholesale, resell it, or present it as your own analysis.
Your data and your dossier belong to you. We claim no ownership of the biometrics you send or of the document we return. We do not pool your data with anyone else’s and we do not use it to train models.
Acceptable use
Do not use this service to obtain guidance for someone else without their knowledge, to submit data that is not yours, to scrape or bulk-extract the compendium, or to represent OCCABUZZ as endorsing any product. We endorse nothing — that is the point of the whole operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, OCCABUZZ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the engagement in question.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected by anything in these terms.
Independence
OCCABUZZ sells no products and earns no commission on anything it names. Its revenue comes only from the operators it serves — never from what it grades. No purchase, partnership, or relationship can buy a higher grade, a softer caveat, or a place in the grid. If a graded item later fails, the grade falls — in public, on the record.
Changes, and the law that applies
If these terms change materially, we update the version and effective date above. Changes are not applied retroactively to an engagement already paid for.
These terms are governed by the law of the operator’s jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights of the country in which you live. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in your own courts.
Questions about any of this: contact@occabuzz.com. A human answers.
